Brazilian model Bruna announces she is ‘not in a relationship’ with footballer Neymar

In a startling and unexpected update for her fans, Brazilian model Bruna Biancardi made an official announcement of her breakup with footballer Neymar Jr.. The update is especially startling because the couple had a daughter together a few weeks ago.

Earlier today, Bruna took to her social media page to make the announcement, where she penned a note reading, “This is a private matter. However, given my daily exposure to news, rumours, and jokes, I want to clarify that I have no relationship with anyone. We are Mavie’s parents, and that is the reason for our bond. I hope they stop linking me to news stories - about alleged cases of Neymar’s infidelity. Thank you very much.”

Bruna and Neymar had named their baby daughter Mavie, who was born on October. Neywar, who has been a professional footballer for 14 years now, has a 12-year-old son from a previous relationship.

The rumours of the couple drifting apart began a few days after Mavie’s birth when a burglary took place at Bruna’s house, and her parents were taken hostage. The Brazilian model had later taken to Instagram to update about the burglary, and gave entire details of the incident while mentioning “Mavie, my sister, and I were not there at that time.” A little later, Neymar made a separate social media post about the incident and penned a note, “Sad day, with two terrible news. First was the attack on Bru’s parents, but thank God, everyone is safe! Second, the death of a friend.”

In a related update, a local news portal Em Off had reported that the alleged couple had entered into a confidentiality agreement, where they contractually entered into an open relationship, allowing the famed football player to engage in relationships outside their agreement under certain conditions. These conditions included maintaining discretion, using contraceptives and avoiding kissing other women on mouth.
