Karthika Nair tied the knot with fiancé and long time partner Rahul Menon. The wedding ceremony was organised by Nair's mother, veteran actress Radha Nair. The event, though intimate, was attended by several well-known faces including megastar Chiranjeevi.

Karthika Nair's wedding ceremony turned out to be a star-studded affair. The gala celebration was held at the Uday Samudra Leisure Beach Hotel in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Those in attendance included Chiranjeevi, Suhasini, Revathi and Rashika Sarathkumar. The well-known faces also posed for a picture together as they captured the moment.

For the unversed, Karthika Nair has also had a brief stint with acting. She had made her debut opposite Naga Chaitanya in 2009 Vasu Varma directorial Josh. Karthika then made her Tamil debut with KV Anand directed film Ko, which starred her opposite Jiiva. Some of her other notable works include Purampokku Engira Podhuvudamai and Bharathiraja’s Annakodiyum Kodiveeranum, both of which featured her opposite Arya. While Karthika went on to star in a few films post her acting debut, she has been away from the arc lights and showbiz for the better part of the last six years. Karhtika's mother, Radha Nair on the other hand, has been a much celebrated actress through the 80s and 90s featuring in several Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Hindi and Telugu films.

Prior to the wedding, which took place on November 19, Karthika Nair shared a series of glimpses from her pre-wedding photoshoot with her fiance Rahul Menon. The photos show the now-married couple smiling in each others presence against the sunset.
