Comedian Whitney Cummings has welcomed her first child, announcing the joyous news on December 17 via an Instagram post showcasing her in a maternal glow while breastfeeding, offering a peek of her little one's tiny arm. With a touch of humour, she captioned the image, “3-D printed a human,” playfully acknowledging the new phase of her life and bidding farewell to brushed hair.

Earlier in June, Cummings humourously hinted at her pregnancy, sharing a playful picture with her dog and quipping, "In these pix I am with child. And there's a baby in me too. Human pup coming December." Throughout her pregnancy, she integrated this experience into her stand-up routines, notably in her OnlyFans TV comedy special, Whitney Cummings: Mouthy, filmed when she was seven months pregnant.

While the identity of the child's father remains undisclosed, Cummings previously mentioned on the "Cancelled with Tana Mongeau" podcast in June that she shares her son with "some guy from North Carolina."

Although Whitney conceived naturally, she had previously discussed her decision to freeze her eggs years ago. Speaking on Late Night with Seth Meyers, she humorously reflected, "I don’t want to have kids right now, which also means no one wants to have kids with me either," highlighting her approach to postponing motherhood for a later phase of life.

Years down the line, Cummings openly expressed her readiness for parenthood, sharing her eagerness "to try... to get pregnant" during an appearance on the Today show with Jenna Bush Hager and Willie Geist. In her characteristic wit, she jokingly invited potential suitors, asking, "Any takers? Any husbands in New York? There [are] no husbands in LA. Everyone’s on fentanyl and mushrooms. I can’t."

The arrival of Whitney Cummings' baby marks a new chapter in her life, embraced with humor and excitement as she navigates the joys and challenges of motherhood.
