Guy Fieri to not officiate Kristen Stewart-Dylan Meyer's wedding anymore - here's why

Kristen Stewart during a talk show opened up about her wedding plans with fiancee Dylan Meyer. However, it seems Guy Fieri, restaurateur, author and television presenter, will not be officiating the wedding. In 2021, the Twilight actress expressed her wish to have Guy officiate their wedding as he has experience in officiating gay weddings.

During her appearance on the 26 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Kristen explained why she'd like Guy to officiate the wedding and said "I think he just seems like a really nice dude, and he marries a lot of queer people." She added that when she first heard that Guy has experience in officiating gay weddings she was like, "Guy? My guy? You kidding me?'"

However, years later things have changed and the couple might get married on their own. The actress told host Andy Cohen, "I think we're probably just going to marry each other and then call Guy and say, ‘You were here in spirit, babe.'"

When will Kristen Stewart and Dylan Meyer marry?

When asked about their marriage plans, to this, she replied, "I don't know" and might surprise themselves. Notably, the couple first met on the sets of a film in 2013, but they started dating after six years when they reconnected at a mutual friend's birthday party. After two years of dating in November 2021, they announced their engagement and it was Dylan Meyer who popped the question.

Speaking to The Times last year, the actress expressed her excitement and shared that she wants to get married sooner. She revealed "there was a time in my life where I was like, ‘No, I would never get married.’ Like married married, like put a dress on and walk down the aisle married." However, now things have changed and she wants to get married “sooner rather than later.”
