She confessed that she had often seen new moms cutting their hair short but had not understood the reason behind it until she experienced excessive hair loss herself. She humorously described the challenges new mothers face, including babies who seem to have a "motion sensor" for crying or pooping the moment you step away, even for a bathroom break.

She stated that she wanted to contribute to the creation of wigs for individuals undergoing cancer treatments. She revealed that this decision was inspired by her husband, Yuvraj Singh, who had gone through cancer treatment and witnessed the emotional impact of losing hair during chemotherapy.

Hazel is currently in the UK, and the actress shared that she found a trust called The Little Princess Trust that accepts hair donations and uses them to create wigs for children experiencing hair loss due to chemotherapy.
