Shikhar rescues Janhvi Kapoor
In the trending clip, Janhvi was seen arriving at Boney Kapoor's house with Shikhar and Arjun Kapoor before the Lakshmi Puja commenced. The house was swamped with paparazzi, who tried to catch a glimpse of the Good Luck Jerry actress in her traditional look. However, as the crowd grew and commotion ensued, Shikhar, who was walking ahead of Janhvi, intervened, held that actress' hand and took her away.
Shikhar was praised for being protective of his ladylove as the paparazzi got too close to her, seemingly making her uncomfortable. Netizens were quick to notice that Tom Holland had done a similar thing recently when the paparazzi crashed his date with Zendaya.
When Tom Holland rescued Zendaya from paparazzi crowd
A video had gone viral in late October where the Spider-Man star swooped in to rescue his girlfriend Zendaya in New York City. The 28-year-old Spider-Man star was quick to defend the Challengers actress as fans and paparazzi swarmed her for photos and autographs.
Many slammed the way the photographers and fans behaved in the moment before Tom intervened. In the clip, Tom was heard saying, "No, no, no", as he pushed his way through the unrelenting crowd to pull Zendaya out. The actress tried to calm him down as she said, “It's ok Tom, watch out.”
