Kanguva Editor Found Dead: Nishadh Yusuf was found dead in an apartment here in the early hours of Wednesday, as per PTI. He was found at around 2 am in an apartment in Panampilly Nagar. While more details about his death surface, his last post with the Kanguva actor has gone viral. Fans of Nishadh have taken to the comment section to express their condolence.

Kanguva's editor Nishadh Yusuf's last post before death goes viral

2 days ago, on October 28 Nishadh Yusuf took to his Instagram account to share photos from the Kanguva audio launch. The firm's crew met for the pre-release movie scheduled to hit the big screen on November 14. Yusuf attended the event along with film actors Suriya and Bobby Deol, as well as director Siva.

In his last Instagram post, Nishadh shared a selfie with Suriya and the Kanguva director Siva. He simply captioned the post with hearts and used a hashtag of the film's name. He shared that the photo was taken in Chennai and the track You Only Live Once was playing in the background. A day before this, he had shared a photo with Suriya and Bobby Deol. The posts are now viral online.


Nishadh Yusuf's suspected to have died by suicide

A police officer said that the incident was suspected to be a case of suicide, but did not provide further details, as per PTI. He was 43. The news was also confirmed by the Film Employees Federation of Kerala (FEFKA).

Taking to its official Facebook handle, FEFKA shared a photo of Nishadh and wrote, “The unexpected demise of Nishadh Yusuf, film editor, who played a major role in determining the contemporary future of the changing Malayalam cinema is not something the film world will be able to quickly accept. Condolences from FEFKA Directors' Union,” read the post. FEFKA also shared that he was working on Mohanlal and Mammootty starrer Bazooka and Alappuzha Gymkhana. Native of Harippad, Nishadh was a popular film editor in Malayalam and Tamil film industries. He has worked on several hit moves, such as Thallumaala, Unda, One, Saudi Vellakka, and Adios Amigos. He is survived by his wife, a son and a daughter.
