Kevin Spacey narrates his ordeal

Kevin Spacey has revealed that his house has been foreclosed on as he owes “many millions” of dollars in legal fees from his sexual misconduct trials.

He stated, "My house in Baltimore is being foreclosed on and will be sold at auction, so I need to return and put my belongings in storage." Spacey, who has lived in Baltimore since starting the shoot for "House of Cards" in 2012, said the house has been his home since 2016. He admitted he can't pay his outstanding bills.

When questioned about potential bankruptcy, Spacey acknowledged he had considered it several times but has managed to avoid filing so far.

Allegations against Kevin Spacey

Since allegations against him emerged during the #MeToo movement in 2017, Kevin Spacey has faced several legal battles. In 2022, a New York jury found him not guilty of molesting Anthony Rapp, who accused Spacey of assaulting him in the early 1980s when Rapp was 14. The following year, a UK court acquitted him of nine sexual assault charges from four complainants. Spacey has consistently denied all allegations, and several other charges and lawsuits have been dismissed.
