In the image, the Satyaprem Ki Katha actress can be seen in a red velvet saree paired with a full-sleeved blouse. She is sporting hena laden hands and pink choora. It seems the image is from the couple's wedding reception in Suryagarh Jaisalmer, Rajasthan after their wedding.
