According to reports, Sai Tamhankar had earlier confirmed that she and Anish have separated ways and it was a mutual decision. Despite their breakup, she had also said that Anish is a very special person in her life and would always wish best for him.

Tamhankar and Joag started dating, and he produced a number of Tamhankar-starring movies, including YZ (2016), Girlfriend (2019), and Dhurala (2020). Prior to Sai Tamhankar’s relationship, she was engaged to Amey Gosavi, a visual effects artist on April 7, 2012. They were married on December 15, 2013 and got divorced in 2015.
