Rana Daggubati heads to Sri Lanka with family for brother Abhiram Daggubati's wedding

Actor Rana Daggubatti was spotted at the airport on Wednesday with family, heading to Sri Lanka for his younger brother Abhiram Daggubati's wedding. Among the family members, Daggubati Suresh Babu, groom Abhiram Daggubati, and the groom's sister Malavika Daggubati were also captured by the shutterbugs while entering the airport.

Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana Daggubati and Naga Chaitanya were also present at the airport and they were all seen in a dapper appearance. Rana Daggubati's wife, Miheeka Daggubati, was also seen accompanying the Daggubati family, adding to their star-studded affair.

Abhiram Daggubati's wedding details

Abhiram Daggubati, the younger brother of actor Rana Daggubati, is all set to marry Prathyusha Chaparala on December 6, 2023, at Anantara Kalutara.

As per reports, the three-day event includes traditional pre-wedding festivities. Nearly 200 close friends, family members, and celebrities are expected to attend the wedding festivities. The wedding will take place at a 5-star resort in Sri Lanka. The three-day wedding celebrations will begin on Monday (Dec 4) along with a grand dinner party at 8:30 pm.

Abhiram Daggubati's pre-wedding details

On Tuesday, the mehendi ceremony will be held at 4:30 pm, followed by dinner. On Wednesday, the Pellikuthuru ceremony will be held at 10:30 am and then the wedding ceremony will begin at 7 pm.

According to reports, Abhiram is engaged to Pratyusha, who is from a non-filmy background. She belongs to Karamchedu village in Prakasham district. Reportedly, this match is said to be an arranged marriage.

A grand reception will be hosted by the Daggubati family in Hyderabad later. Renowned names from the film industry, business and political circle are expected at the reception. Abhiram made his debut as a hero in director Teja's Ahimsa, which did not perform well at the box office.
