After being accused of sexual assault by three different women in the past month, Sean "Diddy" Combs was slapped with another lawsuit on Wednesday, December 6. In the new complaint, the rapper faces charges of gang-raping a 17-year-old girl in 2003, in addition to sex trafficking, among other offences. According to Variety, the complaint names him, Harve Pierre, the former president of Combs' business Bad Boy Entertainment, and a third attacker.

The plaintiff, claims she was taken from Michigan to Combs' recording studio in New York on a private plane, where she was sexually assaulted by three individuals, including Combs and Harve Pierre.

The lawsuit claims that the rapper and his friends gave her "copious amounts" of alcohol and drugs. The plaintiff accused Combs of violating her while she was unconscious over a bathroom sink, and he then allegedly witnessed a third man rape the woman.

In the courts of New York, the accuser is requesting financial compensation for the alleged assault. The victim claimed that she felt compelled to take legal action after singer Cassandra Ventura's lawsuit against Combs, her ex-boyfriend, in which she claimed he abused her physically, sexually, and mentally for ten years.

Responding to all these allegations, Diddy penned a statement on his Instagram handle, which read,  "Enough is enough. For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, and destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday.”

He concluded by emphasising that he didn’t do anything that he has been accused of lately. "Let me be absolutely clear: I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth," added Diddy.

The suit, under which Diddy and several other people in the industry are getting accused of sexual assault, falls under New York's Adult Survivors Act. This act provides a one-year window for sexual assault plaintiffs to file civil claims, regardless of the statute of limitations.

Several other men have been sued for sexual assault this week as the ASA deadline neared, including Jamie Foxx, Axl Rose, Cuba Gooding Jr., Marcellus Wiley and Sebastian Chacon.
