Avengers: Endgame has won the Hollywood Blockbuster Award this year
Avengers: Endgame created history by becoming the highest-grossing film in the history of world cinema. It won the Hollywood Blockbuster Award this year.
The grand ceremony of 23rd Hollywood Film Awards was held on November 3rd this year. It was held at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. The event is held annually since 1997. This year, it was announced earlier that Avengers: Endgame would win the Hollywood Blockbuster Award. At the award ceremony, held on 3rd November, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and Executive Vice President of Production Victoria Alonso accepted the award. Avengers: Endgame created history by becoming the highest-grossing film in the history of cinema. No movie rocked globally at the box office the way this movie did. Looking at the fan base that the Avengers series enjoy, it was no surprise that the Endgame became the highest-grossing film ever.
Avengers movie series
The Avengers series started with the movie Iron Man in 2008, starring Robert Downey Jr. Eventually, in 2012 the first Avenger movie came out which was a multi-starrer, in which audiences saw Iron man, Captain America, The Hulk, and many other characters come together on the big screen. This science-fiction movie was well received by the viewers and critics. Movies from the Marvel Cinematic Universe are produced by Marvel Studios. The films are based on characters that had appeared in publications by Marvel Comics. There have been 23 films produced and released since 2007, with nine more being developed.
Box office collection:
The film was directed by Anthony Russo and Joe Russo, and released on April 26, 2019. It collected 279.8 crores USD worldwide while the movie was made in 35.6 cr USD. Avengers: Endgame became the highest-grossing film of all time, surpassing James Cameron's Avatar.
