Harry Potter: What Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert and Emma Watson are upto

It’s been eight years since the iconic Harry Potter movie series came to an end. In July 2011, the last part of the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2, was released. Harry Potter movie series is based on the Harry Potter books written by J.K. Rowling. The movie is based on the life of a young magician Harry Potter and his seven years of schooling in Hogwarts, the school of magic. The main cast includes Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson. Check out below where are these actors and what are they doing now, as the series ends.

Daniel Radcliffe as Harry Potter:

The role of Harry Potter is played by Daniel Radcliffe who post his work in Harry Potter movies was seen exploring other genre movies like horror- The Woman in Black and Horns, What If, Kill Your Darlings. 2015 saw Radcliffe in several other roles, from the lead in Victor Frankenstein, a modern retelling of Mary Shelley's classic novel, the American comedy/drama Swiss Army Man, and a co-starring role in the heist film Now You See Me 2. The actor currently stars in the American comedy show, Miracle Workers.

Emma Watson as Hermione Granger:

Emma Watson played the role of Hermione Granger. After the Potter movies, Watson starred in The Perks of Being a Wallflower, which was released in 2012. Apart from being an actor, Watson also is a practising advocate for women's rights. In July 2014, she was named as the UN Women Goodwill Ambassador. She gave a speech in September 2014 to launch the UN Women's campaign, HeForShe, which urges men to stand up for gender equality. Emma was last seen in The Circle and is currently working on her upcoming, Little Women.

Rupert Grint as Ron Weasley:

Rupert Grint played the role of Ron Weasly in the movie series. He started his career with the Harry Potter series. Post that Rupert Grint has starred in several movies, TV shows and series as a lead. In 2011, he had a starring role in fellow singer Ed Sheeran's music video for Lego House. He has also spent a lot of time on stage. Grint also made his Broadway debut playing Frank Finger in It's Only A Play in 2014. He can currently be seen in British dark comedy Sick Note. And he's also got a starring role in the British/American TV series Snatch, based on the film of the same name.
