Former Friends star Jennifer Aniston recently revealed her secret to a healthy lifestyle as she talked about her daily eating plan and intermittent fasting.
Friends actor Jennifer Aniston recently revealed her secret to a healthy lifestyle as she talked about her daily eating plan that turned about to be beneficial and a very big success for her. Jennifer said that she fasted for 16 hours a day and ate food in the remaining 8 hours.

The Marley & Me actor added that she did intermittent fasting that had no food in her diet in the morning. Aniston further added that she felt a very big difference without eating anything solid for a period of 16 hours. In addition to this, she described her morning routine wherein she just had healthy green juices and coffee.
Jennifer further talked about how she meditated and fed her dogs before she sat down for a cup of coffee.
"Today, I woke up and had celery juice. Then I started to brew some coffee, but I don't drink coffee that early"

Meanwhile, the Derailed actor debuted on the social media platform, Instagram, wherein she gained more than 100,000 followers in less than an hour after she created her account and also followed a few of her fellow actors such as Julia Roberts and Adam Sandler. She also broke a Guinness book record that was previously held by the Duke and Dutchess of Sussex wherein she reached a million followers in exactly 5 hours and 16 minutes.
Jennifer Aniston was last seen in Murder Mystery opposite Adam Sandler. The movie received a lukewarm response with an IMDB rating of 6/10.
She will next be seen in an American comedy-drama web series titled The Morning Show with Reese Witherspoon, Steve Carell, Billy Crudup, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Nestor Carbonell and Mark Duplass. The first is set to premiere on November 1 and will be distributed by the tech giant, Apple.
