And, although much has not been revealed about them, reports suggest that Justin's tattoo is on his face, and is quite thin and delicate, while there is no news about Hailey's. Reportedly, Justin's tattoo is right above his eyebrow, which has small 'little words' (we don't know what they are) inked onto them. Meanwhile, as per media reports, Bieber, 24, and Baldwin, 21 exchanged vows in a private ceremony on September 13, the day when they were reportedly spotted at a courthouse in New York City. The couple who was reportedly in the process of negotiating a prenuptial agreement last month has now been reportedly tied the knot after obtaining their marriage license, however, without having a prenup in place.
