Narcos: Wagner Moura to attend International Film Festival of India
Wagner Moura who is synonymous with his role for playing a drug lord in the hit Netflix series Narcos is set to attend the International Film Festival of India
Wagner Moura who is synonymous with his role for playing a drug lord in the hit Netflix series Narcos is all set to attend the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The film festival is expected to run from November 20 till November 28. Several international directors are scheduled to attend the festival as a Jury.
Details of his visit
The Brazillian actor will visit India in November for the event in Goa and will showcase his directorial debut film Marighella in the debut competition category. As per a press release, Moura will attend an In-Conversation session which will be titled as The Magnificent Artist where he will talk about his life as an actor and director. The actor has acted in films like Elysium and Elite Squad series and will interact with budding directors as part of the program.

About the Jury
At the Golden Jubilee, the jury for the international competition will be helmed by noted directors like French director Robin Campillo who was also a member of Cannes International Jury 2019. Chinese director Zhang Yang and Lynne Ramsy who is a leading director of young British cinema.
John Bailey who is a cinematographer and former President of the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts. IFFI will screen around 250 films from various countries and will commence on November 20 and end on November 28.
