#Midway is a well made recreation of the historical world war 2 events, spectacular dogfight scenes, the bombing runs are intense, great cast and production design.

#Midway has got to be one of the worst war movies I’ve seen in recent memory. Why the heck did they make this? Roland Emmerich continues his streak of awful visuals in his films. Great cast but man such a boring and hallow action film that I lost interest Midway through it. pic.twitter.com/ilwUvrqYeP

If ‘Pearl Harbor’ was told through the lens of the volleyball scene in ‘Top Gun’, coupled with the worst dialogue of 2019 - that’s #Midway.

But that being said, I kind of enjoyed it. I was never bored and fully engaged for the duration of the film.
Great action sequences, too. https://t.co/bnQb8Z8yGh

#Midway: A Roland Emmerich-directed war movie that feels a bit like a worse rehash of Dunkirk, ‘Midway’ is one long action sequence full of rough special effects and cringe-worthy dialogue. Ends up feeling much longer than it’s listed runtime, which is never a good thing. 5/10 pic.twitter.com/oTDSw4h3A6
