The Crown Season 3: Helena Bonham Carter 'met' Princess Margaret through a psychic

Helena Bonham Carter is playing the role of Princess Margaret in the critically acclaimed Netflix series The Crown. The Crown season 3 premiered on Netflix on November 17. The first two seasons of The Crown were not only critically acclaimed but has won several awards as well. Helena Bonham Carter is now in the driving seat for playing the role of Princess Margaret which was previously played by Vanessa Kirby. Vanessa Kirby has also won a BAFTA for her portrayal of the role of the Queen’s sister.

Helena Bonham has talked about her role as the Princess and also about meeting the Royal in real life. Helena in an interview with a media portal spoke about the time she met the late Princess. Carter revealed that her uncle was very close to the Queen’s sister. The Princess was pretty scary and when Bonham met her. Princess Margaret told Helena that she is getting better at her acting said The Crown actor.

Helena Bonham Carter also revealed that she met Princess Margaret once again through a psychic. Helena spoke about the incident on The Graham Norton Show. Helena asked the Princess if she would mind Bonham playing her role to which the Princess responded by stating that she (Bonham) is a better idea than the other actor.

Helena also revealed on the show that it was a very typical trait of Margaret. Apparently, the Princess had a way of complimenting you and putting you down at the same time. The Harry Potter actor also revealed on the show that Princess Margaret while being contacted through Carter’s psychic friend also dished a valuable piece of advice. Princess Margaret told her that she smoked in a particular way and always remember that holding a cigarette a particular way is as much an object for expression as anything else.
