After 'The Godfather Part II', 'Heat', and 'Righteous Kill', Robert De Niro and Al Pacino have come together yet again for Martin Scorsese's new gangster film 'The Irishman'. The first trailer of the upcoming venture surfaced on Wednesday, July 31 and it looks promising from the very first visuals. Based on the book 'I Heard You Paint Houses' by Charles Brandt, the film tells a story of hitman Frank Sheeran and his rumored involvement in the disappearance and murder of labor union leader Jimmy Hoffa.
The trailer features Robert De Niro as Frank Sheeran and Al Pacino as Jimmy Hoffa. The trailer is carefully knitted around a gloomy backdrop and is packed with action sequences. Besides the veteran stars, the film also features Joe Pesci and Harvey Keitel in the lead.
