KD – The Devil

KD - The Devil is an upcoming Indian Kannada-language action movie directed by Prem. The film stars Dhruva Sarja, V. Ravichandran, Shilpa Shetty, Reeshma Nanaiah and Sanjay Dutt as lead characters. The music is composed by Arjun Janya, while the cinematography and editing was handled by William David and Srinivas P Prabhu.

Richard Anthony

Richard Anthony stars actors and good friends Rishab and Rakshit Shetty together. Helmed by Rakshit, the thriller drama film revolves around a courageous boy who unravels some mysteries after being presumed dead. Achyuth Kumar, Kishore Kumar G, and Pramod Shetty have also been roped in to play lead the roles.

45

Directed  by Shivarajkumar, 45 marks the directorial debut of Arjun Janya. While Upendra and Raj B Shetty play important roles, television actress Kaustabha Mani were roped in as the female lead. During the movie launch event back in April, Shivarajkumar revealed that although 45 bears a “nice message”, it is “whistle-worthy” and it will be highly entertain the masses.

Nelson

Helmed by debutant director Arun Kumar, this movie's lead actress is Vinod Prabhakar. According to reports, the action entertainer is based on a true story set in the Gangster community in the Chamarajanagar district from the ‘60s to the ‘90s,” revealed the director adding that the upcoming film will also include certain tribal inclinations.

Bachelor Party

This Abhijit Mahesh directorial has an ensemble cast of Rakshit Shetty, Rishab Shetty and Achyut Kumar in the prominent roles. The film is focussed on escaping the chains of his obnoxious wife attends a bachelor party. After getting reunited with his school friend there and his professor, the trio sets forward on a thrilling adventure.

Bagheera

Bagheera is an upcoming Kannada movie. The movie is directed by Suri and will feature Sriimurali, Prakash Raj, Rukmini Vasanth and Achyuth Kumar as lead characters.

Laughing Buddha

Laughing Buddha, a Kannada comedy movie is directed by M Bharath Raj starring Pramod Shetty in the prominent roles. The story revolves around  a police constable, who lifts the spirits and brings happiness to the entire police station. The film traces the constable’s journey, and his family, comprising a wife, kid, and father-in-law.

Bell Bottom 2

The 2019 comedy-thriller, starring Rishab Shetty in the titular role was a hit. Five years later, the movie traces the back with the film’s sequel titled Bell Bottom 2. Rishab Shetty will be reprising his role  as Detective Divakara in the second installment, embarking on solving crimes. The film is directed by Jayathirtha.

Uttarakaanda

Directed by the duo Sharath Manjunath and Rohith Padaki, Uttarakaanda is starred by Dhananjay and Ramya in the prominent  roles, alongside Shivarajkumar in a  crucial character. The film is expected to be a gangster drama. The movie is presently in the production stage.

Trishulam

Trisulam, a 1982 Indian Telugu-language drama film is directed by K. Raghavendra Rao in screenplay written by Satyanand. The film stars Krishnam Raju and Sridevi. Jayasudha, Radhika, Prabhakar Reddy, Gollapudi Maruti Rao and Rao Gopal Rao are featured in supporting roles.

As cinephiles  are eagerly await the cinematic offerings, the success of the past releases has set high expectations, and filmmakers seem interested  to meet the expectations.
