Simmba cinematographer Jomon T John gets married to Ansu Elsa in Kerala, Ranveer Singh congratulates

Jomon T John, a cinematographer, got married to Ansu Elsa Varghese in Kumarakom, Kerala. The Sooryavanshi cinematographer's wedding was attended by their family and close friends. He shared the photos from his intimate wedding ceremony on his social media handle, announcing their union.

This is Jomon's second marriage after separating from his first wife and actress Ann Augustine in 2021.

Taking to Instagram, the cinematographer shared a series of photos in which the bride and groom can be seen in ivory ensembles. Jomon wore a kurta set layered with a coat featuring golden embroidery. Ansu, on the other hand, looked pretty in a lehenga set, featuring white embroidery. To give the bridal look, she added a veil - a sheer dupatta.

Sharing the photos, he wrote, "My hope n home," followed by a heart emoticon.

Celebs congratulate the newlywed couple

Ranveer Singh, who has worked with Jomon in Simmba, congratulated the couple. He commented, "Congrats , Jo Anna . Love and Light and blessings forever." Krithi Shetty wrote, "Congratulations Jomon chetta and ammu," followed by a white heart. Methil Devika said, “God bless your home.” Archana Kavi, Basil Joseph and Noorin Shereef simply wrote, "Congratulations!!!"

He made his debut with the Malayalam film Chaappa Kurishu (2011). He is known for his films such as Beautiful (2011), Thattathin Marayathu (2012), Ayalum Njanum Thammil (2012), Vikramadithyan (2014), Ennu Ninte Moideen (2015) and Charlie (2015), among others. He has also worked in Hindi films such as Golmaal Again (2017), Simmba (2018) and Sooryavanshi (2020).

Apart from being a cinematographer, he is also a producer and made his debut by co-producing the film Thanneer Mathan Dinangal.
