In the recently released OTT movie Safed, actor Abhay Verma can be seen playing a transgender character. The film, directed by Sandeep Singh, features Abhay as a eunuch who finds comfort in a platonic bond with widow who too is struggling to deal with the world’s rejection at large of her existence.
