The Hindi remake of the Hollywood film The Fault in Our Stars is named Dil Bechara. Actor Sushant Singh Rajput and Sajana Sanghi are playing the lead in this desi-adaptation. Helmed by director Mukesh Chhabra, the movie is based on the novel The Fault In Our Stars by John Green. Although the movie will have certain alterations from the base storyline of the book, the main idea will remain the same - two cancer patients falling in love with each other. The music of the film is helmed by popular composer and music director, A.R. Rahman. Dil Bechara's filmmaker revealed that the audience is in for a surprise for this movie.
