Recently, she dropped a boyfriend appreciation post on her social media handle, expressing gratitude for his constant support.

Taking to her Instagram Stories Hina dropped a mirror selfie posing with Rocky. The image seems to have been clicked inside a mall as in the background, we can see clothes hanging inside shelves. The couple twinned in black T-shirts and adorned stylish specs. Seeing the image it seems the actress stepped out on a shopping with Rocky recently. The text on the image reads, "@rockyil You are the best. May Allah bless you hamesha. My strength."

Hina Khan shares fitness training video amid cancer diagnosis

Even after her cancer diagnosis, the actress is determined to continue her fitness journey. A few days ago, she took to her Instagram handle to share a video of herself training in kickboxing with a professional. In the caption, she penned a long note detailing, how she is willing to overcome the hardships. An excerpt from her note read, “Will it to win it, one step at a time.. Doing what I promised myself.. yes .. just as I said you can find Good Days and make the most of it, even if they are few..This journey should be remembered for what I made off it .. not the other way around..”

On June 28, Hina Khan took to her Instagram account to share a long note revealing that she had been diagnosed with cancer. She addressed the rumours in her official statement and wrote, "I have been diagnosed with Stage Three Breast Cancer. Despite this challenging diagnosis, I want to reassure everyone that I am doing well. I am strong, determined, and fully committed to overcoming this disease. My treatment has already begun, and I am ready to do everything necessary to emerge from this even stronger (sic)."
