Kalki 2898 AD Box Office: Hindi Collections Surpass Telugu As Prabhas Starrer Enters ₹600 Crore Club

The pan-India film has collected over ₹277 crore in Hindi. North India has come out to be the biggest market for the Prabhas starrer.

Kalki 2898 AD Box Office: The pan-India film released on the big screens on July 27 amid much anticipation and has maintained a firm grip over the domestic box office. The Prabhas starrer has become his second hit in a row after Salaar (2023) after some of his previous releases failed to make much of an impact. As per the latest update about its collections, Kalki 2898 AD has crossed the ₹600 crore mark at India box office.

Kalki 2898 AD becomes 5th Indian film in ₹600 crore club

According to a report in Box Office India, Kalki 2898 AD has collected over ₹604 crore in all languages in India. It is currently running into its 47th day, with both Hindi and business in other regional languages sustaining its run at the box office in India. It had earlier surpassed RRR Hindi collections too.

With its entry into the ₹600 crore club, Kalki 2898 AD has become only the fifth Indian film to do so after Bahubali - The Conclusion, RRR, KGF 2 and Jawan. This figure looked tough but the Hindi version has sustained extremely well over the last couple of weeks.

Kalki 2898 AD earns ₹277 crore in Hindi

The pan-India film has collected over ₹277 crore in Hindi. North India has come out to be the biggest market for the Prabhas starrer. According to Box Office India, Nizam / Andhra and Karnataka / Mysore regions have contributed  ₹226 crore and ₹36.9 crore respectively to its India collections. The Tamil and Malayalam versions followed with ₹32 crore and ₹25 crore respectively.

Previously titled Project K, Kalki 2898 AD is billed as a fusion of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and science fiction and is produced by Vyjayanthi Movies. It also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Disha Patani and Kamal Haasan.
