Month of Madhu intricately explores the lives of two characters named Madhumathi and Madhusudan Rao. The film delves into their experiences, addressing themes of desire, self-love, and challenging societal stigmas around divorce.

The film stars Swathi Reddy and Shreya Navile in pivotal roles. The cast also includes Manjula Ghattamaneni, Gnaneswari Kandregula, Raja Chembolu, and others. It was produced by Yaswanth Mulukutla under Krishiv Productions and Handpicked Stories. The producer, Naveen Chandra, editor Ravikanth Perepu, and music director Achu Rajamani, previously worked on Bhanumathi & Ramakrishna.
