Naga Chaitanya praises his ex-wife Samantha, says 'The Family Man blew my mind'

Naga Chaitanya  showered compliments on his ex-wife and actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu after watching a acclaimed series of Family Man.During a rapid fire round, when Naga Chaitanya was being asked to name a recent web series that he loved, without taking much time, The Family Man.

The interviewer asked one Indian web show that blew his mind, “I think The Family Man series.” In the same interview, he was asked to reveal one lesser-known fact about Aamir Khan. He said, “He loves singing old Hindi songs. He sings for us all the time.”

Chaitanya opened up about his marriage

In a recent interview, Chaitanya had also opened up on his marriage, he mentioned that he had immense respect for that phase. “Whatever happened in my personal life with my marriage, that’s very unfortunate. But I have immense respect for that phase of my life. It is due to the media reportage and how they’ve portrayed everything by speculating and spreading rumours, the whole respect is lost, diminished in the public eye. This is what hurt me a lot,” he said.

Samantha was part of the second season of The Family Man series. She plays the role of an antagonist, who makes her foray into the digital medium.

The show also features Manoj Bajpayee, Priyamani, Sharad Kelkar, Neeraj Madhav, Sharib Hashmi, Dalip Tahil, Sunny Hinduja, and Shreya Dhanwanthary.Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Naga Chaitanya had first met at Gautham Menon's Ye Maaya Chesave (2010). She made her debut with Chaitanya in the Telugu film.

There are other films also like Autonagar Surya (2014), Manam (2014) and Majili (2019). Both were also a part of the ensemble cast in the National Film Award-winning Mahanati (2018). they also took their relationship ahead in October 2017 and but the couple announced their separation  in October 2021.

Naga Chaitanya is awaiting the release of the supernatural thriller series named Dhootha. It will stream online on Prime Video on December 1.
