Naga Chaitanya-Sobhita Make Red Carpet Debut As A Couple At IFFI 2024, Actor's Parents Join

Viral Video: Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's wedding has been a public affair for a few months now. They got engaged in an intimate ceremony on August 8 this year and will tie the knot in December. Amid this, the couple recently made a joint appearance at the 2024 International Film Festival of India (IFFI) in Goa , just days before their wedding. They were joined by Chaitanya's parents, Nagarjuna and Amala Akkineni. The 55th edition of the festival began on 20 November. The photos and videos of their rare appearance are now going viral.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala attend IFFI 2024 ahead of wedding festivities

Actors Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala turned heads at IFFI Goa 2024 on 21 November. The couple graced the red carpet alongside Nagarjuna, Amala Akkineni, and Sushanth, walking hand-in-hand and radiating happiness. Naga Chaitanya chose a dark suit with a blue shirt, while Sobhita stunned in a pastel kurta-pyjama set paired with a net dupatta.

The couple smiled warmly for the photographers as they entered the festival and posed for pictures with Nagarjuna, dressed in a dark shirt and trousers, and Amala, who wore an elegant blue saree. Photos and videos from the event have since gone viral online.

On 22 November, IFFI Goa will honour Akkineni Nageswara Rao (ANR) with a special event. Nagarjuna will reflect on ANR’s influence as a father and actor, discussing his career and iconic roles.

This rare appearance also comes just weeks before Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala’s wedding.

Chay-Sobhita will be getting married in December

Chaitanya and Sobhita got engaged in a close-knit traditional ceremony in Hyderabad on August 8 with just their parents in attendance. The bride also had a godhuma rayi pasupu danchadam ceremony in her hometown, Visakhapatnam, to kickstart the wedding festivities in October.

As per reports, the couple will marry in a traditional Hyderabad ceremony on December 4. The wedding will take place at Chaitanya’s family-owned Annapurna Studios, with Sobhita sourcing traditional Telugu weaves. Recently, their wedding invite also went viral on social media. Along with the simple wedding card, a traditionally woven basket containing food packets, clothes, fresh flowers and a scroll.
