Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala, who got engaged in a hush-hush ceremony, surprised many after they made their relationship official by exchanging rings. After dating for nearly two years, the couple is now planning to tie the knot soon, according to reports.

According to reports, preparations for their wedding are underway. A special team at Annapurna Studios is currently working on securing a wedding venue. Reports suggest that the wedding ceremony will take place during the upcoming wedding season. There has been no official announcement yet regarding the date though.

The couple got engaged on August 8 this year and the pictures from the ceremony went viral within no time. Nagarjuna took to X to share his happiness for his son and Sobhita. Along with the pictures of the couple, he wrote in the caption, "We are delighted to announce the engagement of our son, Naga Chaitanya, to Sobhita Dhulipala, which took place this morning at 9:42 a.m.!! Rift between Akkineni and Daggubati family?

A social media post implying that Venkatesh Daggubati, Rana Daggubati and his sister Malavika Daggubati and Aashritha Daggubati are not following Sobhita Dhulipala on Instagram. They, however, are still following Naga Chaitanya's ex-wife Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Chaitanya was previously married to actor Samantha from 2017 to 2021. In fact, the Daggubati family seemingly skipped Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala's engagement.
