Pushpa 2 Kissik Song: Sreeleela's Look As 'Dancing Queen' In Allu Arjun Starrer Out, Samantha Trends

Pushpa 2 Kissik Song: It's official. Sreeleela will appear in a special song sequence in the upcoming film Pushpa 2, which will be headlined by Allu Arjun . The first look of the actress in Kissik song was unveiled and quickly went viral. Many on social media compared it with Samantha Ruth Prabhu, who shot a similar sequence in Pushpa (2021). The extravagance of the set for the song shoot was evident in the first look. Dubbed as “song of the year”, the makers promised the “this song is going to be a dance feast and a musical delight”.

Pushpa: the Rule will arrive in cinema halls on December 5. The pan-India film also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil. But for now, all eyes will be on the song sequence featuring Sreeleela. 

Sreeleela looks fiery in Kissik first look

Earlier this week, photos of Sreeleela and Allu Arjun from the song shoot leaked online, creating immense buzz among fans who had been confused over which actress would step in for Samantha Ruth Prabhu for the Pushpa 2 song sequence. Shraddha Kapoor's name was in the running, but the Stree 2 star's high fees reportedly proved as a deterrent. Sreeleela has stepped in and is sure to set the screens on fire with her unmatched dance flair, alongside Allu Arjun's charisma.

As soon as the Bhagavanth Kesari actress' first look from Pushpa 2 song Kissik was unveiled, the movie and the song hashtags started to trend. Some even shared photos of Samantha from Oo Antava, drawing comparisons with Sreeleela. It remains to be seen how well Sreeleela does in Pushpa 2 and how the track is received by the viewers. 

Pushpa 2 set to release in December after multiple delays

The first part of Pushpa showcased power tussles set against the backdrop of red sandalwood smuggling. The pan-India blockbuster franchise is directed by Sukumar. Pushpa: The Rule was earlier scheduled to be released in August. However, in June, the makers locked December 6 as the new release date but now they have preponed the release and it's set to hit the theatres on December 5.
