Pushpa 2: Sukumar Takes Extreme Measure To Prevent Plot Leak From Sets Of Allu Arjun Film

Pushpa 2: The Rule, unsurprisingly, has become one of the biggest films this year, even prior to its release. The pan-India project, with Allu Arjun in the leading titular role, is set for a release, mid-August. In the runup to the same, director Sukumar is pulling out all possible stops to prevent any kind of leak from the sets of the film.

Sukumar is reportedly filming 2 sequels for Pushpa 2

Director Sukumar is being extra careful when it comes to Pushpa 2. Seeing the insurmountable hype surrounding the film, it is highly likely there are many who are a little too eager to get their hands on the plot details for the film prior to its release. As per a Gulte report, as a preventive measure, Sukumar is filming not one, but two climaxes for Pushpa 2. If true, this definitely makes for quite a unique - but seemingly effective - method, to ensure the audiences are kept guessing till they actually see the film.

Such an extreme measure has been undertaken by Sukumar, also keeping in mind the potential for a third installment for the franchise, as per the report. Previous reports have already shared how no phones are being allowed on the sets of the film, as yet another measure to keep the plot and proceedings, under wraps.

Pushpa 2 recently suffered a setback

Editor Antony Ruben, who was also involved in the first installment of the Pushpa franchise, was all set to step back into the same role for the sequel. However, Ruben has had to bow out of the project in lieu of tending to his other professional commitments. Ruben reportedly made extensive efforts to allot dates to Pushpa 2, but the same simply was not possible.

Following the same, Sukumar was quick to reach out to Naveen Nooli who will now be stepping in as editor for Pushpa 2. Incidentally, Nooli is a National Award winning editor, having been felicitated with the win, for his work on Jersey. Pushpa 2 is slated for a release on August 15.
