Salaar: Poster of Tinnu Anand's character from Prabhas' film released on actor's birthday

Prabhas’ Salaar is currently one of the most anticipated releases this year for a myriad of reasons. While the film comes from the Yash starrer KGF Chapter 2 director Prashanth Neel, it is also said to be a part of the KGF universe. Moreover, the story of Salaar will be told in two parts, with the first part being dubbed Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire. Now, a new poster for the film has been released.

In the latest poster for Salaar, actor Tinnu Anand is taken directly out of the trailer for Salaar. In the initial teaser, Tinnu Anand's character gives a whole monologue in order to introduce Prabhas' character. See the post below.

When will Salaar Part 2 release?

While Salaar Part 1 - Ceasefire is set for a release this year, the timeline for the film’s second part appears to be in question. Previously, Prashanth Neel had announced that he would be working with RRR actor Jr NTR for the shoot of NTR 31. While Neel plans to work on NTR 31, he has also announced that he plans to release KGF Chapter 3 sometime in 2025. With such a convoluted timeline, the future of Salaar Part 2 still hangs in the balance.

It is likely dependent upon on box office and critical reception of Salaar which might dictate whether a sequel will be produced on priority by Neel or not. Currently, Salaar is set to clash with Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki on December 22, 2023.
