Salaar trailer 2 takes you to the violent world of Khansaar, introduces Prabhas' character

After having released the first trailer of the Prabhas, Prithviraj Sukumaran and Shruti Haasan starrer Salaar, just four days ahead of the film's release, the makers have unveiled a second trailer of the film. The new trailer gives a more insight into the land of khansaar and glimpses into the characters of Prabhas, Prithviraj and Shruti Haasan among others.

After delaying it multiple times, the makers of Salaar finally dropped the film's second trailer. Salaar second trailer opens with a small boy trying to break open a gate, with the next frame having a voice over introducing viewers to a Sultan, with Prithviraj Sukumaran's character being shown. The trailer more or less looks like KGF -- the setup, the colour palette as well as Prabhas' entry on the bike. The rest of the trailer shows Prabhas' swag, a lot of violence and action. The trailer also gives a glimpse of other actors in the film --  Tinu Anand, Eshwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, and Garuda Ram among others.

What more do we know about Salaar?

Salaar, directed by KGF famed director Prashanth Neel, is all set to hit the theaters on December 22. The film will witness a clash at the box office with Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki hitting the screens. Prabhas' film will release in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi.

The film is also said to have a KGF connection, which the makers including the director and producer refused and claimed that Yash's KGF has no connection with the Telugu film, neither will the KGF star have any cameo in the film. Salaar is bankrolled by the same production house both the KGF films and Kantara - Hombale Films.
