Naga Chaitanya Trolled: A day after the engagement ceremony, Sobhita Dhulipala took to her social media account to share the first photos from the ceremony. After months of keeping their silence on their rumoured relationship, the couple finally made it official. Chay's father and superstar Nagarjuna took to his X account to share the news of his son's engagement. However, ever since it was announced fans of Samantha Ruth Prabhu, whom Naga was previously married to, have been attacking him for the announcement.

Naga Chaitanya and Sobhita Dhulipala have been at the centre of social media trolling ever since they have made their relationship official. Naga Chaitanya was previously married to actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. They announced their separation on social media in a joint statement in October 2021. Fans of the Citadel Hunny Bunny actress have attacked the newly engaged couple with backlash.


Taking to the comment section, a user wrote, “Samantha is better". Another wrote, “Thanks for the heart break”. Another mentioned, “In search of gold he lost his diamond.” A user echoed the sentiment and mentioned, “Samantha always best chayakkineni” Another social media user wrote, “I am shocking of this new 😮 because made for each other couple Samantha and chaitnya"

Sobhita Dhulipala shares first photos with Naga Chaitanya

On August 9 a day after the engagement ceremony, Sobhita took to her Instagram account to share a series of photos from the ceremony. The couple can be seen posing candidly in the shots. She shared the photos with a poem from Kurunthogai, translated by A K Ramanujan as a caption which read, “What could my mother be to yours? What kin is my father to yours anyway? And how did you and I meet ever? But in love our hearts are as red earth and pouring rain: mingled beyond parting.”

The photos are now going viral. As soon as she shared the post several fans and well-wishers took to the comment section to extend their good wishes.
