Autopsy report reveals Kamlesh Tiwari was stabbed 15 times, shot once

Founder of Hindu Samaj Party Kamlesh Tiwari was stabbed 15 times and he was shot once in his head, revealed the post-mortem reports on Wednesday. According to further autopsy reports, two deep cut marks were found on his neck and the stabbing was centred between jaws and chest. The report said that the wounds were inflicted within 10 centimetres of one another. Along with this, while the post-mortem was being conducted, a bullet was found on the backside of the victim's skull. The Hindu Samaj Party leader was murdered on October 18 in Naka area of Lucknow where he succumbed to the injuries.
Gujarat ATS nabbed criminals
Earlier on Tuesday, the Gujarat Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested two criminals involved in the killing of Kamlesh Tiwari from the Gujarat-Rajasthan border. The criminals have been identified as Ashfaq Hussain Jakirhussain Shaikh (34) and Moinuddin Khurshid Pathan (27). According to reports, they were the ones seen wearing saffron clothes in the CCTV footage following the killing of Kamlesh Tiwari. Meanwhile, two persons were taken into custody yesterday by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force over suspicion of having provided aid to the two main accused.
Criminals to be moved to UP
The main accused who were arrested by the Gujarat ATS will be moved to Uttar Pradesh after following a certain protocol, stated reports. Further reports stated that the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Pollice will carry out further interrogation of the duo for determining what the exact conspiracy had been. In the primary investigation and interrogation of the two accused, it was found out that the duo was planning on killing Tiwari ever since his communal remarks had come to light in 2015.
Kamlesh Tiwari's murder
The former chief of Hindu Mahasabha was shot on October 18 in Lucknow. Kamlesh Tiwari, the leader of Hindu Mahasabha, was attacked by unidentified assailants, while he was at his home. Soon after the attack, he was admitted to the hospital where he succumbed to the injuries. The murder was caught on the CCTV footage in the area. While the assailants had managed to flee the spot, a revolver was seized by the police.
