Bengaluru bus driver makes passengers breathe easier by keeping a mobile garden in his BMTC bus
Contributing to making our environment greener in his own way, Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation(BMTC) bus driver Narayanappa has found a unique way in cleaning up the polluted air of Bengaluru - travel with a mobile garden in his bus.

Speaking to ANI, Narayanappa has revealed that has kept several plants on his dashboard and on the shelf behind his seat. Pictures posted by ANI show that Narayanappa has also created a structure for creepers to grow around the bars behind his driver seat.
Citing to promote awareness about a green environment among travellers aboard his bus which goes transports passengers from Kaval Bylasandraa and Yeshwanthpur in Benguluru city, he said," I have been doing it for last 3-4 yrs to create awareness about keeping environment green."

Earlier last month, an auto driver in Kolkata had gone viral on social media and earning a lot of praise for his planting a garden on top of his auto. The driver identified as Bijay Pal hopes to send across an important message to the residents of the state and that is "Save trees, Save Lives". The slogan is written in red on his 'green auto'.
In addition to that, the rooftop garden also helps keep the auto cool which is an added bonus considering that the hot summers are right around the corner.
As per reports, Pal takes good care of his garden, as he waters them every day and spends a lot of his earnings on taking care of it. Bijay Pal's idea of keeping is innovative cool given the fact that the harsh summers are right around the corner is winning the internet.
