BJP Karnataka slams Rahul Gandhi's distasteful tweet mocking Indian Army on International Day of Yoga
The BJP's Karnataka counterpart reacted to Gandhi's comment on the Indian Army and their dogs practicing yoga on account of fifth International Day.
Rahul Gandhi has made headlines with his controversial tweet taking a dig at the Indian Army and their dogs practicing yoga on account of fifth International Day of Yoga on Friday. The BJP's Karnataka account on Twitter reacted to Gandhi's comment.
The Twitter handle of BJP Karnataka reacted through it tweet which read:
"Truly a New India. Even the dogs are displaying their skills & here you are still evolving to become human."
Earlier, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh too attacked the Congress President through twitter and said that the armed forces contribute to the safety of the nation. If someone criticises the forces again and again then one must pray that he gets good wisdom. Here's his tweet:

In addition, the Indian and Chinese Armies participated in a joint yoga session. The yoga sessions were carried out at the Nathu La in Sikkim and at Bumla and Wacha-Damai in Arunachal Pradesh. A total of seventy personnel of the People's Liberation Army (PLA) and thirty civilians participated in the joint Yoga sessions with the Indian Army. The mutual agreement of both countries for this event during the border personnel meetings will work for promoting peace and tranquillity along the borders. June 21, which marks mass practice of yoga, was declared as the International Day of Yoga by the United Nations General Assembly in December 2014.
