Here's the prospective list of NDA leaders who have received calls from BJP chief Amit Shah ahead of the Modi Cabinet's swearing-in

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to take the oath for the second consecutive term in office at the Forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan on May 30 in the presence of over 8,000 guests from all across the world, all eyes are on who will be inducted into his new cabinet.

As Prime Minister Narendra Modi is all set to take the oath for the second consecutive term in office at the Forecourt of the Rashtrapati Bhavan on May 30 in the presence of over 8,000 guests from all across the world, all eyes are on who will be inducted into his new cabinet. 

While there are speculations that a number of ministers will continue from the previous cabinet, there are also likely to be a lot of new inductees. Additionally, sources have also told Republic TV that NDA allies including JD(U) and LJP in Bihar, Shiv Sena in Maharashtra and Akali Dal in Punjab are set to get one ministerial berth each during PM Modi's swearing-in ceremony, with further berths to be decided in due course. 

Also, ministers who will take the oath today will first be meeting Prime Minister-elect Narendra Modi at 4:30 PM at 7, Lok Kalyan Marg ahead of the ceremony which is set to begin at 7 pm.

Meanwhile, a number of NDA leaders are said to have received phone calls from BJP chief Amit Shah inviting them to the residence of the Prime Minister for the meeting at 4:30 PM. Here are some of the leaders who will be attending, as per sources:

The National Democratic Alliance-led by PM Modi won a landslide victory in the 2019 Lok Sabha elections by securing 353 seats out of 542 that went to polls. 

The swearing-in ceremony of Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be of about 90 minutes and will be attended by an estimated over 8,000 guests, including leaders of all BIMSTEC countries.
