Ahead of the 73rd Independence Day, Indo-Tibetan Border Police Jawan Lovely Singh dedicated a heartwarming song from the film 'Border' to the brave hearts of the ITBP. Singh recreated the much-celebrated song titled 'Sandese Aate Hai' which narrates the emotions of a soldier who guard out territories at the borders, risking their lives, living far away from his family and friends. Doordarshan aired the music video which captured the rigorous lifestyle of the armed forces.

The mesmerizing voice of the Indian soldier has won the hearts of the audience. As the video surfaced on the internet many people praised Singh's touching voice on social media.

Prakash Javadekar releases music video 'Watan'

Previously, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar on Tuesday released a music video titled 'Watan' on Twitter and said that the video will add 'colour' to the Independence Day celebrations on August 15.

"The music video will evoke the sense of patriotism that exists in people of this country and will add colour to the August 15 celebrations. I congratulate the Doordarshan and Prasar Bharti team for their wonderful effort," Javadekar said at a press briefing.
