Indian Railways helped Sashwat locate his mother after he was unable to find her aboard the Ajmer Sealdah Express train on September 30. Railways' prompt response
In a prompt response that came in just a few minutes after he posted the tweet, from Indian Railways Seva, Sashwat was asked for his mother's PNR and contact number. The Seva further asked him for additional logistics to help find his mother quickly. The request was then forwarded to the Divisional Railway Manager, Asansol in West Bengal.
I'm unaware of the PNR, but the ticket was booked from the IRCTC Rail Connect App with the Mobile No. 9415695943, the e-ticket in the form of a SMS was received in the same.
