The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a charge-sheet in the Patiala House Court on Thursday against 12 accused persons for conspiring to wage war against the Government of India by carrying out terrorist and secessionist activities in the state of Jammu & Kashmir.

The 12,794 page charge-sheet has been filed under sections 120B, 121, 121A and 124A of the Indian Penal Code and sections 13, 16, 17, 18, 20, 38, 39 and 40 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967.

Republic TV has accessed 32 operative pages of the explosive NIA charge-sheet that nails the dangerous Separatist-Pak nexus.

The charge-sheet names Pak terrorists Hafiz Saeed and Sayeed Salahudeen as masterminds in funding terror in the Valley. Geelani's son-in-law Altaf Fantosh and aide Zahoor Watali are also slapped with stringent anti-terror charges.

The stone-pelting brigade has also completely been unmasked as charge-sheet says they were funded by terrorists from across the border.

According to the charge-sheet, the accused allegedly received funds from Pakistan to carry out terrorist activities and stone-pelting in 2016 after the killing of Hizbul Mujahideen terrorist Burhan Wani.

Apart from those named above, Naeem Khan, Raja Mehrajudin Kalwal, Bashir Ahmed Bhat alias Peer Saifullah, Aftab Hilali Shah alias Shahid ul Islam, Farooq Ahmed Dar alias Bitta Karate, Mohammad Akbar Khandey alias Ayaz Akbar and more have been named in the charge-sheet.

The NIA registered this case on 30.05.2017 and the first arrests were made on 24.07.2017. During the course of investigation, the NIA teams conducted searches at over 60 locations spread across the states of Jammu & Kashmir, Haryana and Delhi and seized over 950 incriminating documents and over 600 electronic devices. During the investigation, over 300 witnesses were examined.
