Pak builds 30 launchpads; tries to push JeM, LeT, terrorists in J&K

Pakistan has continued its use of terror as an instrument of state policy yet again. Having failed at all its attempts to internationalise the Kashmir issue

Pakistan has continued its use of terror as an instrument of state policy yet again. Having failed at all its attempts to internationalise the Kashmir issue, Pakistan has resorted to the use of terror to plot against India, said news agency ANI. "Pakistan has built 30 launch pads along the LoC to infiltrate militants into the regions of Karen, Gurez, and Gulmarg," the latest inputs received by the Indian security agencies suggest. Pakistan army and the ISI (Inter-Services Intelligence) are moving militants of Lashkar-e-Taiba and Jaish-e-Mohammed into these launch pads." The sources have further said that militants from Afghanistan are also being mobilised towards the Line of Control. "An estimated 230 to 280 militants are being moved."

Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbagh Singh confirming the death of a top-ranking Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist, Aasif Maqbool Bhat from Sopore district stated that the encounter gave a 'sigh of relief' to the area. Asif was responsible for spreading terror through threatening posters and a recent shootout and injuries to three family members of a fruit trader, including a little girl. The Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist was also responsible for killing the migrant laborer in Sopore.

PM Modi talks tough against Pak-backed terror

PM Narendra Modi addressing a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Mathura gave a stern message against terror that is 'nourishing in Pakistan.' Taking a stand against terror, he called on the global community to do the same.  PM Modi said, "Today terrorism has become an ideology which has reached beyond various borders. It is a global problem. It has become a global threat. The roots of terrorism continue to nourish in our neighboring country."

First Secretary MEA Vimarsh Aryan used the Right to Reply at the UNHRC session in Geneva on Tuesday and took down Pakistan over its interference in the internal matters of India over the recent developments in Jammu and Kashmir. Vimarsh Aryan, speaking on behalf of India at the UNHRC, set the record straight in his statement that J&K remains an internal matter of India, adding that Pakistan is raising false fabricated narrative on the matter. He stated that Pakistan understands that India's decisions have created hurdles for the neighbouring country in its sponsorship of cross-border terrorism.
