Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday wished Nagaland's Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio on his birthday. The Prime Minister took to Twitter to wish the Chief Minister and said Rio is one of the most hardworking chief ministers in the North-East who has been working tirelessly for the growth of Nagaland.

Rajnath Singh extends greetings to Neiphiu Rio

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh also extended birthday greetings to Neiphu Rio on Monday. The Defence Minister said Neiphiu is assiduously working for the development of the state.

Manohar Lal Khattar wishes Neiphiu Rio

Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shivraj Singh Chauhan also wished the Nagaland CM on his Birthday.

Neiphiu Rio launches ILP for domestic tourists

Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio recently launched an online ILP for tourists. “The online ILP is going to significantly ease the process of getting an ILP by any tourist from any part of the country who desires to visit Nagaland, particularly for the upcoming Hornbill festival,” said Abhijit Sinha, principal secretary for home, Nagaland. It will also improve the overall quality of monitoring of the implementation of the ILP regime as all the concerned enforcement agencies or the Government will have access to real-time information of the applicants, the number of approvals obtained, the duration of visits, the places of visit etc," he said.
