Yogeshwar Dutt, the Olympic medallist wrestler, after joining the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday, said that as a youth, he wants to work for the nation. Further, speaking about the abrogation of Article 370, he stated that by abrogating the Article, PM Modi has achieved the impossible. "I am very impressed with him. The country is happy after the abrogation of Article 370," he said. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on August 5 scrapped Article 370, revoking the special status given to the state of Jammu and Kashmir and further bifurcating the state into two Union Territories - Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. According to sources, Dutt met the State Unit President Subhash Barala in New Delhi on Wednesday to inform about his resignation from the Haryana Police.
