National Approval Ratings: In Telangana, KCR's TRS is projected to emerge victorious massively with 16 seats, and none for NDA or UPA

With India inching closer and closer to general elections, the campaigns of political parties across the country are in full swing. In the pre-election hubbub, the prevailing scenario appears ever-changing, thus bringing in new shades to an already vibrant political landscape in the country in terms of seat-sharing, coalitions or fielding big names in different states. Republic TV and CVoter are back with the National Approval Ratings to give a complete national picture as to who will win if polls are held today. Chief minister Chandrashekar Rao's regional party TRS after Assembly elections continues to hold its ground in the state and is predicted to massively win over both the national parties by leaving no seat for either UPA or NDA. As per the CVoter projections, KCR's TRS is predicted to sweep Telangana by getting 16 out of 17 seat share and a vote share of 42.4%, mirroring the predictions of December. Interestingly, both NDA and UPA are projected to secure no seats, while Asaduddin Owaisi's AIMIM is predicted to gain 1 seat out of the 17. It also remains to be seen what the Modi government's last budget holds for the people of India.
