Nitin Gadkari states expectations from JP Nadda's appointment as BJP working president, here's what he said

In a major move, BJP appointed former Health Minister and Rajya Sabha MP, Jagat Pratap Nadda as the party's working president on Monday, in the presence of PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah.

In a major move, BJP appointed former Health Minister and Rajya Sabha MP, Jagat Pratap Nadda as the party's working president on Monday, in the presence of PM Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah. 

Union Minister Nitin Gadkari was also present at the moment. Taking to Twitter, the senior BJP leader extended congratulatory wishes for the newly-appointed Working President of the party and said that he is sure that under JP Nadda's leadership, the party will expand more strongly. Read here:

Earlier on Monday, PM Narendra Modi also expressed his confidence in Nadda and the current party president Amit Shah to continue gaining the people's trust while remaining committed to building an inclusive India.

Heaping praising for JP Nadda, PM Modi shared that he is a diligent hardworking 'karyakarta' of the party who is humble and well respected across BJP.

Union Home Minister and party president Amit Shah also took to Twitter to congratulate Nadda tweeting:

"On being unanimously elected by the BJP board as the working president, I extend my wishes to JP Nadda. I have full faith that under his leadership the party will be consistently empowered and we will spread the welfare policies of the Modi Government and the ideology of the organisation to all corners of the country," said Amit Shah in the tweet. 

JP Nadda will take up the role of Working President of BJP party even as Amit Shah - newly appointed Union Home Minister - will continue as BJP party President till the assembly elections till later this year.
