Amaravati: Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh Chandrababu Naidu, on Thursday, compared former Chief Minister of the state Jagan Mohan Reddy to Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar.

Calling the state the 'ganja capital' under Reddy's regime, Naidu said ganja was easily available in every single village now. Naidu asked, “Has the former chief minister addressed the issue even once during his tenure?”

Quoting Naidu, ANI wrote, “Escobar is a Colombian drug lord, he is a Narco terrorist. He turned politician and then started his cartel to sell drugs. He earned 30 Billion Dollars at that time, now it’s 90 Billion Dollars worth. He was arrested in 1976 and in 1980 he became the number one richest drug lord in the world. One can become richer by selling drugs as well. What was the aim of the former Chief Minister (YS Jagan)? Tata, Reliance, and Ambani have money and he aspires to become richer than them. Few have needs, few have greed and few have mania and these maniacs do these kinds of things.”

Naidu said the same while releasing a White Paper in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly. Naidu said, “I'm the senior-most politician in the country and have never seen a situation in Andhra when Jagan was in power. There is only one person who can be compared to him and that is Colombian drug lord Pablo Escobar.”

Naidu Compares Jagan Reddy With North Korea's Kim Jong Un

Recently, Naidu had equated Reddy with the supreme leader of North Korea Kim Jong Un.

The TDP Chief, while addressing a public gathering had said, “There is one Kim in North Korea and if you try and laugh, he will attack you. Similarly, we have one here as well because of whom, everyone has suffered a lot.”

Naidu had accused Reddy of not doing anything for the people of his state in past years, as a result of which people had to suffer a lot. He concluded, “But, people did not need to worry.”

Last year in June, Naidu had called Reddy the 'brother' of Kim Jong Un for allegedly 'intimidating' people of the state.
