Anand Mahindra reacts to Dandiya Dad dance challenge video on Twitter

Anand Mahindra, reacting to a 'Dandiya Dad' video on Twitter, stated that the young girl in the video would hands-down win a 'Dandiya daughter' contest.

Responding to a 'Dandiya Dad' video that was posted on Twitter, the Chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra on Monday appreciated the young girl and exclaimed "the young lady would win a 'Dandiya daughter'" contest. A Netizen identified as Ninad Korhale posted a video of a man and a young girl dancing during Garba. Mahindra had started a sponsored competition on Twitter on October 4, for all the dads in the country.

Dandiya Dad competition

The Chairman of the Mahindra Group, Anand Mahindra on October 4, declared an open sponsored competition for all the Dads in the country and called it as 'Dandiya Dad'. He urged people to post videos of dads dancing on Twitter and tag him. The best 'Dandiya Dad' (the winner of the competition) will be sponsored for a trip to anywhere in India for two nights at a Club Mahindra by the Mahindra Group. This competition came after his older tweet where Mahindra had asked his followers with Dandiya moves. Stating that he did not like any suggestions, Mahindra came up with this competition.

Mahindra asks followers for dance moves

Anand Mahindra asked his followers to send some YouTube links of good dandiya and Garba moves on September 27. Furthermore, he added that he has to match his "Gujju buddies" ' moves. He also wished Netizens "Happy Navaratri" in Hindi.
