'Breaking one's limitations...': Sadhguru hails Eliud Kipchoge

Founder of Isha Foundation Sadhguru on Sunday congratulated Kenyan long-distance runner Eliud Kipchoge after he became the first athlete to run the marathon in under two hours. Taking to Twitter, Sadhguru said that breaking one's limitations is the most fundamental human longing, extending congratulatory wishes to Kipchoge. He further asserted that sense of inspiration, discipline and effort jointly create the world's finest marathoner, haling Eliud Kipchoge. Later, he applauded the Kenyan runner for creating history.

Eliud Kipchoge creates history
On Sunday, the 34-year old world record holder Eliud Kipchoge was labelled as 'the greatest marathoner of the modern era' after he clocked in at 1hr 59mins 40sec in the marathon in Vienna. Kipchoge currently holds an Olympic gold medal, a world title, and the marathon world record. Taking to Twitter on Saturday, he thanked everyone for the opportunity, saying that he 'went to the moong and came back to earth'. In another tweet, he shared a video of his winning moment. He captioned the post by saying "History!".

Congratulations pour in
President of South Africa, Cyril Ramaphosa took to Twitter and congratulated the Kenyan runner for the feat. He said that Africa has written history with Kipchoge's victory, and demonstrated the determination & resilience of the citizens.
"With this level of passion & commitment, there is no limit to what we can achieve," he added.
